IslandOps 2027 will be held from Friday, April 30 to Sunday, May 2, 2027. Registration opens Saturday, February 6th at noon EST.

We are centered on suburban Long Island, NY, east of New York City, and there is plenty for both you and your family to do here. Some useful links are on our Information page.

Our 2027 operating session schedule is not set yet, but you can browse our layouts from 2026 to get an idea of what we are all about.

We have layouts large and small; We have operations as simple as a sleepy rural shortline to operations as complex as a busy urban terminal. Most of all, we have a great bunch of hosts who really enjoy having guests help bring their railroads to life.

So come to the Island for a fun and interesting weekend of model railroad operations. We look forward to seeing you!
